Since I'm a one woman show, I do not allow refunds or returns after purchase.

I understand my plush are expensive, but if you absolutely NEED to resell there are Facebook groups and other online options.

If you consistently buy and resell from me for profit or otherwise, you will be refunded when purchasing from me.

My prices on my shop are not negotiable.

My plush minimum is $700. This varies based off: size, fabric, weight, hand sewn detail, and paw prints!

I account for the time it takes for me to design, cut, sew, fluff, fill, handsew, cut and fit the eyes, and hide seams. If I have to do paw prints, I cut out each individual paw pad and toe bean then machine sew them to the fabric. Then theres photos, Instagram, etc.

After this (sometimes it’s 4-5 days) I create an hourly rate for my plush I’ve designed and created by hand. I use high quality minky fabric purchased from CaliQuiltCo and other materials all found and purchased by me.

I’d rather make quality plush that I am proud of than create something mediocre for cheap. All Bandits are one of a kind. I do not remake designs or create designs based off of other artists.

After your order has shipped, you should receive a tracking number via email!

If you're international, shipping can take up to 3 weeks! Sometimes packages get stuck in customs for longer.

If your Bandit is lost or stolen before you receive it, I will either refund you, remake your plush or offer you a custom spot complete with a cart pass!

Customs will open April 1st! I will not schedule or take payments from any pitches until May!

I do not do trades. This is my business.

If I have an art trade set up with you that is a personal friendship trade.

I use Squarespace for my website and shop! The only payment option is through Square.

I don’t allow Apple Pay, split payments or payment plans of any kind.
